Dr. Mallett’s Time Machine ProjectFor quite some time, Ronald Mallett has been working on plans for a time machine. This machine uses a ring laser and the theory of relativity. He plans on testing it in the near future. In a recent paper by Ken D. Olum and Allen Everett the authors claimed to have disproved Dr. Mallett’s hypothesis yet Dr. Mallett maintains that this paper is founded on a physical misconception. A constraint is needed to confine the circulating light beam to a cylindrical path. This is taken into account in his paper as a geometrical constraint. Dr. Mallett has attempted to contact the authors about this misconception but so far they have not responded. In the meantime as of this entry in October 2005, funding is still being pursued in order to properly test Dr. Mallett’s theories. Quite interesting work, but I believe the reason no one from the future has come into our time may be due to the 1) the technology hasnt been discover yet. 2) the earth and/or mankind dont exist in the future.
i.e. grobal warming, war, super storms, or massive asteroid hitting the earth……
a great idea this professor was thinking and came up with but the possibilites are over whelming to achieve.
i WATCHED A DOCU CALL EVIDENCE THE CASE FOR NASA UFOS AND THE GUY WHO NARRATED THIS DOCU SPOKE OFF THE THE SAME DISTORTION OF LIGHT HE ALSO ADD THE FREQUENCY OF LIGHT GO FASTER WHEN IT REACH A HIGHER STATE SUCH AS UV AND GAMA RAYS. THIS WAS EXPLINATION FOR THE UFOS ON THE DOCU AND THE REASON THE WERE ABLE TO TRAVEL THRU GALAXYS. THIS DOCU IS ON GOOGLE VIDEO CHECK IT OUT I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO DR. MALLET TO LOOK AT THIS DOCU ALSO . THE UFOS ON THE DOCU HAD A SWIRL OF SOME SORT IN THE MIDDLE OF THEM AND ACCUALY SPINED THE FASHION OF DR.MAELLET LIGHT THEORY THAT I SEEN ON TLC DOCU ABT THE FIRST TIME MACHINE WITH DR. MALLET. “He is going to test the time machine in the near future”
That statement takes on an uncertain meaning when you’re talking about time machines! Perhaps it would be more impressive to test it in the distant past!
